Webinar Terms

Terms and conditions: 

1. Upon payment, a link to access the webinar will be sent to the email address provided by the attendee. It is important to note that our system is not automated, thus the link may not be provided instantly. We strive to send the link as promptly as possible, but please allow for some processing time.

2. In the event of any concerns or issues regarding the webinar access or content, attendees are encouraged to contact us immediately at teacheradvicehub@gmail.com. We are committed to addressing any problems promptly and providing assistance as needed.

3. Attendees who are unable to participate in the live webinar session will not be eligible for refunds. However, a recording of the webinar will be made available to them within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

4. Feedback regarding the webinar is highly valued. However, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the content or delivery of the webinar. Attendees are encouraged to communicate any concerns or suggestions for improvement directly to Teacher Advice Hub.

5. In the event that the organiser is unable to conduct the scheduled webinar session for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled. Attendees will be notified of the rescheduled session via email or other designated communication channels. This rescheduling does not entitle attendees to refunds, as efforts will be made to ensure the session takes place at the earliest convenience.

6. While the webinar aims to provide valuable insights and guidance, attendance and participation do not guarantee job placement or employment opportunities. However, as part of our commitment to supporting attendees in their career endeavours, those who have attended the webinar are entitled to a £5 discount on a personalised coaching session at a cost of £15.

7. The webinar content, materials, and recordings provided during the session are the sole property of Teacher Advice Hub. Attendees are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, reproducing, or otherwise disseminating any webinar content without explicit written consent from Teacher Advice Hub. Unauthorised sharing of webinar materials is a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action. Attendees are required to respect the confidentiality and proprietary nature of the webinar content.

By registering for and attending the webinar, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
