Terms & Conditions - the basics
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
Once a purchase is complete, you will receive confirmation and access to your product or booking details.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds once the download link or file has been delivered.

Coaching Sessions & Webinars

You may reschedule a coaching session with more than 24 hours' notice by contacting us directly on teacheradvicehub@gmail.com

If you are unable to attend your session and provide less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund or reschedule will be offered.

No refunds will be issued for missed webinars or sessions unless cancelled by us.
If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by Teacher Advice Hub, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
User conduct
All resources provided by Teacher Advice Hub are for personal and professional use only. They must not be redistributed, resold, or republished in any form without prior written permission.
