All digital downloads are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds once the download link or file has been delivered.

Coaching Sessions & Webinars

​

• You may reschedule a coaching session with more than 24 hours' notice by contacting us directly.
   

• If you are unable to attend your session and provide less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund or reschedule will be offered.
   

• No refunds will be issued for missed webinars or sessions unless cancelled by us.
   

If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by Teacher Advice Hub, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
